Fare Changes
Cross-Sound Passenger-Only Ferry
Starting on Oct. 1, 2025, Kitsap Fast Ferries will no longer accept transfers or PugetPass, aligning its policy with Washington State Ferries. This change is being made in response to the growing urgency to preserve the long-term sustainability of the Marine Services fleet and facilities. In addition, westbound fares from Seattle to Kitsap on the Bremerton, Kingston and Southworth fast-ferry routes will increase by $1, from $12 to $13. NOTE: No transfers or PugetPass accepted on Kitsap Fast Ferries.
*Kitsap Transit Fast Ferry passholders are eligible for fare-free rides on Kitsap Transit Local Foot Ferry, Routed, ACCESS and On-Demand/Dial-A-Ride services for the month their pass is valid. Passholders must tap their ORCA card loaded with a Kitsap Transit Fast Ferry monthly pass each time they board these other services in order to receive fare-free rides.
Parking Fees & Fines
Starting on Oct. 1, 2024, parking fees and fines will increase to align with market rates and promote carpooling. Kitsap Transit’s fare policy now includes parking fines for a variety of situations, including rideshare violations ($75), RV camping/overnight parking ($100), handicap parking space violations ($450) and electric-vehicle (EV) overtime parking violations ($25).
ANNAPOLIS FERRY TERMINAL - FEES & FINES EFFECTIVE OCT. 1, 2024
Daily Parking Fee goes from $5.00 to $7.00.
Monthly Parking Permit goes from $80.00 to $115.00.
Parking Fines apply to all lots leased and owned by Kitsap Transit.
