ACCESS Service provides door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation to the elderly and  disabled unable to use the fixed route transit system to doctor’s appointments, shopping,  visiting friends, or any other destination within Kitsap County. To schedule rides on Kitsap  Transit ACCESS, you must first complete an eligibility application. 

 Eligibility Application

Rides must be reserved at least one day in advance of your trip and transportation on ACCESS is shared with others in Kitsap County. Seats are limited certain times of the day, so call up to seven days ahead if possible. For more information on Scheduling Rides, click the icon.

  • Complete information is required to book your trip request accurately.  Your request may be returned with a request for additional information if incomplete.
  • E-mail request hours are 9:00 am – 3:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Sunday for next day service.  No same day service requests via e-mail. 
  • E-mail requests are not guaranteed until you receive an e-mail confirmation.
